Custom items: customizations such as, but not limited to, color, size, add-ons, will be discussed with buyer prior to purchase. Once customization as been agreed upon by both parties and item has been purchased, any additional customizations are not guaranteed. Additional requests will be reviewed by the seller and discussed with the buyer. If additional requests are granted, the seller has the right to charge additional fees and extend production time. All information will be communicated to buyer in a timely manner.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the item upon arrival. Once the item is received, the seller is no longer responsible for any damages or defects. The seller will do everything in her power to address any issues, when possible.
Items will be shipped to "ship-to" addresses as published at the time of sale. If the "ship-to" address changes, the buyer may be responsible for additional fees, as they apply.
Items are handmade from wood. Knots in the wood are part of the character of the wood. Over time, environmental changes affect the wood and can create small cracks and warp. This is normal for wood furniture. All measures are taken during construction to minimize the environmental impacts to the wood.
Some items are purposefully distressed for a rustic look. This is a part of the design and is not damage.

Cutting Board Policy (does not apply to Charcuterie Boards)
 

Cutting boards must be handwashed with light soap. Placing the cutting board in the dishwasher will cause it to warp, crack, or split. I strongly suggest that you oil your board once a month. This will extend it’s life and keep it looking beautiful. Walrus oil is my go-to product. It can be purchased on Amazon. Simply apply the oil with a cloth and leave on for 24 hours. Wipe away any excess.

I loved creating your board. I want you to love using it! Cutting boards are 100% warrantied against all maker defects for 90 days. This includes warping, splitting or cracking. Please return the cutting board within 90 days for a full refund or replacement. If your specific design is no longer available, a product of equal of greater value will replace it.

Cutting boards are meant to be used. If at any point you’d like your cutting board sanded and sealed, please send it back. Sanding and sealing is free of charge.
